Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, place in baking dish.

3. Mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning in a bowl.

4. Spread cream cheese mixture over chicken breasts.

5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over cream cheese.

6. Top with bacon crumbles and green onions.

7. Bake 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.

Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispy topping.

Customize with jalapeños or herbs.

Works well for meal prep and leftovers.
