4 whole Pears
1 cup Berries
2 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Walnuts
3 tablespoons Honey
2 ounces Blue Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
Pinch of Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash the pears and slice each in half lengthwise, scooping out the core
  2. Arrange the pear halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet
  3. Melt the butter and mix with chopped walnuts, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt
  4. Fill the hollowed-out pear halves with the walnut-honey mixture
  5. Distribute the mixed berries around the pears
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender
  7. Sprinkle blue cheese on top and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese is soft
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving

Notes

You can prepare the pears in advance up to filling them with berries and walnuts, then bake just before serving.
