Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Finely mince garlic into a shallow bowl.
2. Add oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
