- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb), sliced into 4 cutlets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Pat chicken dry.
2. Dredge: flour, egg, panko mix.
3. Air fry 5 min per side.
4. Top with sauce and cheese; fry 2-3 min more.
5. Rest and serve.

Gluten-free: Use GF panko/flour.
