Ingredients
1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
1 cup Granulated Sugar
¾ cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
2 large Eggs
2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
2 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 ½ cups Cadbury Mini Eggs, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space to spread
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden brow
- Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack
