- 6 cloves garlic, minced very finely
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the baking dish
- Cut bread into 1-inch cubes if using large loaves; leave rolls whole or cut large ones in half
- Melt butter and mix in garlic, parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
- Toss bread pieces in the garlic butter until coated
- Mix mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan in a bowl
- Layer the bread and cheese in the baking dish, pressing down slightly
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golde

Notes
Fresh ingredients like garlic and parsley elevate the flavor.
Avoid over-soaking the bread in butter to maintain texture.
