Ingredients
1.5 pounds Ground Chicke
1/2 cup Plain Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg, beate
1/4 cup Finely chopped Yellow Onio
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped, optional
2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the onion and mincing the garlic
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg until well beate
- Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley to the bowl with the egg and stir together thoroughly
- Gently add the ground chicken to the bowl, handling the meat minimally
- Sprinkle the plain breadcrumbs over the chicken mixture and mix gently
- Form the mixture into equal portions, shaping each into a patty
- Chill the patties in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through

For a gluten-free option, substitute breadcrumbs with gluten-free options.
You can bake the patties at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
