Description

These delicious Chicken Patties are easy to make, healthy, and perfect for picky eaters. Packed with lean protein and flavorful ingredients, they are a meal-prep favorite and a hit with kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

1.5 pounds Ground Chicke
1/2 cup Plain Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg, beate
1/4 cup Finely chopped Yellow Onio
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped, optional
2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil, for cooking


Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the onion and mincing the garlic
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg until well beate
  3. Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley to the bowl with the egg and stir together thoroughly
  4. Gently add the ground chicken to the bowl, handling the meat minimally
  5. Sprinkle the plain breadcrumbs over the chicken mixture and mix gently
  6. Form the mixture into equal portions, shaping each into a patty
  7. Chill the patties in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  8. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute breadcrumbs with gluten-free options.

You can bake the patties at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
