Ingredients
6 large Chocolate Croissants
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
6 large Eggs
2 cups Whole Milk
½ cup Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
Pinch of Salt
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
Powdered Sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with melted butter
- Slice each chocolate croissant in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish
- Scatter half of the chocolate chips over the croissants, then place the top halves and scatter the remaining chocolate chips on top
