Description

This Chocolate Croissant Breakfast Bake features soft, buttery croissants soaked in a rich custard, studded with melty chocolate, and baked to golden perfection. 6 large Chocolate Croissants
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
6 large Eggs
2 cups Whole Milk
½ cup Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
Pinch of Salt
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
Powdered Sugar, for dusting


Instructions

  5. Pour the custard mixture evenly over the croissants and gently press down to ensure absorptio
  6. Let the bake sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, or refrigerate overnight if making ahead
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and custard is set
  8. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving, and dust with powdered sugar if desired
