Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Fresh Cranberries

1 tablespoon Fresh Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Orange Zest
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Pinch of Salt
Assorted Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened by leaving it at room temperature for at least 30 minutes
- In a food processor, combine cranberries, chopped jalapeños, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and salt. Pulse until finely chopped but still textured
- Fold in chopped cilantro into the cranberry-jalapeño mixture
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly onto a serving platter
- Spoon the cranberry-jalapeño relish over the cream cheese layer and garnish with extra cilantro
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
Notes
For a spicier dip, leave some seeds in the jalapeños; for a milder flavor, deseed them completely.
This dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
