Ingredients
2 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
1 ½ cups Granulated Sugar
2 large Eggs

2 tablespoons Fresh Orange Zest
¼ cup Fresh Orange Juice
1 ½ cups Fresh or Frozen Cranberries, chopped
1 ½ cups Powdered Sugar (for glaze)
3–4 tablespoons Fresh Orange Juice (for glaze)
½ teaspoon Orange Zest (optional, for glaze)
Instructions
- Prepare your oven and pan by preheating to 350°F (175°C) and greasing a 9×13-inch baking pa
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined
- Fold in the chopped cranberries
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking pa
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs
- Cool completely on a wire rack
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, orange juice, and optional zest
- Once cool, drizzle the glaze over the bars and let it set before slicing
