Description

Ingredients

2 packages (8 ounces each) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Dried Cranberries, finely chopped
1 cup Pecans, finely chopped (plus extra for rolling, if desired)
2 tablespoons Fresh Green Onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for a touch of sweetness)


Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature
  2. Finely chop dried cranberries and pecans; thinly slice green onions
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and optional honey or maple syrup
  4. Add chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, sliced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl
  5. Mix all ingredients until well combined
  6. Shape the mixture into a ball or log, or press into a serving dish
  7. Roll in extra pecans or cranberries if desired
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight)
  9. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables

Notes

Allow the cheese ball to soften slightly before serving for easier spreading.
