Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Dried Cranberries, finely chopped
1 cup Pecans, finely chopped (plus extra for rolling, if desired)
2 tablespoons Fresh Green Onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese to room temperature
- Finely chop dried cranberries and pecans; thinly slice green onions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and optional honey or maple syrup
- Add chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, sliced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl
- Mix all ingredients until well combined
- Shape the mixture into a ball or log, or press into a serving dish
- Roll in extra pecans or cranberries if desired
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight)
- Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables
