Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt, pepper
- Parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook pasta al dente; drain.
2. Heat oil, brown beef with onion and garlic 5-7 min.
3. Add seasoning; stir in broth and cream, simmer 5 min.
4. Melt in Parmesan.
5. Toss with pasta; heat 2 min.
6. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Drain beef fat sparingly for flavor.
Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce.
