1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 medium Yellow Onion, finely chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumi
1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 cups Fresh Spinach, roughly chopped
8 large Flour Tortillas


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken with spices and let marinate
  2. Heat butter in a skillet and cook marinated chicken until browned and cooked through
  3. Sauté onion and ginger-garlic paste in remaining butter until softened
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and spices, simmering for a few minutes
  5. Stir in Greek yogurt and heavy cream, add spinach and chicken back, cook until spinach is wilted
  6. Warm tortillas, fill with chicken mixture, and wrap tightly

Notes

For a vegetarian version, use paneer, tofu, or chickpeas.

Adjust the spice level by modifying the chili powder.
