Ingredients
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 medium Yellow Onion, finely chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumi
1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 cups Fresh Spinach, roughly chopped
8 large Flour Tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken with spices and let marinate
- Heat butter in a skillet and cook marinated chicken until browned and cooked through
- Sauté onion and ginger-garlic paste in remaining butter until softened
- Add crushed tomatoes and spices, simmering for a few minutes
- Stir in Greek yogurt and heavy cream, add spinach and chicken back, cook until spinach is wilted
- Warm tortillas, fill with chicken mixture, and wrap tightly
Notes
For a vegetarian version, use paneer, tofu, or chickpeas.
