Ingredients
4 fillets 6-ounce Salmo
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Capers, drained
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and dredge in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for another 2-3 minutes

- Return salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes
