1 pound Sea Scallops, patted dry
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the seafood: Ensure shrimp are peeled, deveined, and tails removed. Pat scallops dry and season lightly with salt and pepper
- Sauté aromatics: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent, then add garlic and cook until fragrant
