1 teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Pinch of Salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Press the Tofu: Drain and wrap the tofu in towels. Press for at least 30 minutes
  2. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Cut the Tofu: Cut pressed tofu into ½ to ¾ inch cubes
  4. Prepare the Coating: Whisk oil, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt in a bowl
  5. Coat the Tofu: Toss tofu pieces in the coating until well covered
  6. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread tofu in a single layer on the baking sheet
  7. Bake: Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
  8. Serve Immediately: Cool slightly before serving
