2 tablespoons Neutral Oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce or Tamari
1 tablespoon Cornstarch or Arrowroot Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Pinch of Salt (optional)
Instructions
- Press the Tofu: Drain and wrap the tofu in towels. Press for at least 30 minutes
