Ingredients
1.5 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast or Thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 large Eggs, lightly beate
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Hot Sauce
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (optional)
1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
Cooking Spray or 1 tablespoon Oil for Baking/Air Frying
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels
- Set Up Dredging Stations: In one bowl, whisk flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat eggs and milk

- Toss and Serve: Toss cooked chicken with buffalo sauce and serve immediately
