Ingredients

Scale

2 large Sweet Potatoes
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/4-inch thick sticks
  2. Soak the sweet potato sticks in cold water for at least 30 minutes
  3. Drain and thoroughly dry the sweet potatoes
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Toss the sweet potato sticks with olive oil, cornstarch, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until coated
  6. Arrange the fries in a single layer on the baking sheet
