Ingredients
1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
1 block (8 ounces) Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
1 container (8 ounces) Frozen whipped topping, thawed
½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons Heavy cream
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
Optional: Extra chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then pressing into a pie plate
- Chill the crust while preparing the filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla
- Fold in half of the whipped topping until combined and smooth
- Spoon the peanut butter filling into the crust and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
- Prepare the chocolate ganache by melting chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter
- Spread ganache over the pie and chill again for 30 minutes before serving
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling.
