Description

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
1 block (8 ounces) Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
1 container (8 ounces) Frozen whipped topping, thawed
½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons Heavy cream
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
Optional: Extra chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then pressing into a pie plate
  2. Chill the crust while preparing the filling
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping until combined and smooth
  5. Spoon the peanut butter filling into the crust and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
  6. Prepare the chocolate ganache by melting chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter
  7. Spread ganache over the pie and chill again for 30 minutes before serving

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling.

Chill the pie long enough for it to set properly.
