Ingredients
2 tubes 8-ounce crescent roll dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sliced beef pepperoni
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Unroll each tube of crescent roll dough and press the perforations together to form rectangles
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over each rectangle, followed by the beef pepperoni slices
- Roll up each rectangle tightly from one long edge, sealing the seam securely
- Slice each log into 1-inch thick rounds and arrange them cut-side up on the baking sheet
- Melt the butter and stir in the Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm
Notes
For best results, do not overfill the rolls to prevent spillage during baking.
