Description

This Easy Baked Cinnamon Swirl Protein Cake is perfect for busy mornings or an afternoon treat. It's a delicious, moist cake infused with vanilla and cinnamon, and packed with protein to keep you full and focused.

2 scoops Vanilla or Unflavored Protein Powder
½ cup Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
½ cup Plain Yogurt
¼ cup Vegetable Oil
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar for Cinnamon Swirl
1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamo


Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pa
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, protein powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract
  4. Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined
  5. Create the Cinnamon Swirl: Mix 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon in a small bowl
  6. Assemble the Swirl: Pour half of the cake batter into the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, then dollop the remaining batter on top
  7. Swirl It Up: Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar, then swirl with a knife to create ribbons
  8. Bake the Cake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clea
