Garlic Butter Lobster Tail is an effortlessly elegant dish that transforms your kitchen into a five-star dining experience. This recipe delivers restaurant-quality flavor with minimal effort, featuring tender lobster in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
4 each Lobster tails (4–6 ounces each), thawed if froze
8 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
4–6 cloves Garlic, minced (about 2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Pinch of Red pepper flakes (optional, for a slight kick)
Instructions
- Start by thawing your lobster tails if they are frozen. Pat them dry, cut the top shell, and loosen the meat, resting it on top of the shell
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Whisk until combined
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush lobster meat with half of the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it's coated
- Bake lobster in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque and registers an internal temperature of 140-145°F (60-63°C)
- Remove from oven, brush remaining garlic butter over the lobster, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute with plant-based butter or coconut oil.
Consider adding lemon zest for a more intense citrus flavor.
