3–4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber thoroughly and grate it
- Squeeze out excess water from the grated cucumber using a kitchen towel or cheesecloth
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Mix thoroughly until well combined
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
