1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg Yolk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Spread into prepared pa
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add egg yolk and vanilla, mixing until fluffy
  5. Dollop cheesecake mixture over brownie layer. Scatter raspberries on top and gently swirl with a knife
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Cut into heart shapes or squares

Notes

Use dark cocoa powder for a richer chocolate flavor.
