Ingredients
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg Yolk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Spread into prepared pa
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add egg yolk and vanilla, mixing until fluffy
- Dollop cheesecake mixture over brownie layer. Scatter raspberries on top and gently swirl with a knife
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Cut into heart shapes or squares
Notes
Use dark cocoa powder for a richer chocolate flavor.
