2 tablespoons Coconut Oil or Vegetable Shortening (optional)

Instructions
- Step 1: Bake and crumble the cake according to package directions, then allow it to cool completely
- Step 2: Mix the cream cheese frosting into the crumbled cake until well combined
- Step 3: Roll the mixture into 1-inch cake balls
- Step 4: Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- Step 5: Prepare the melting chocolate by microwaving in intervals until smooth
