Ingredients

- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions

2. Whisk eggs and heavy cream; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Cook bacon until crisp; crumble and drain excess fat.
4. Cook sausage until browned; drain excess fat.

6. Combine bacon, sausage, veggies, and cheeses with egg mixture.
