Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar substitute
½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease and flour an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar substitute, Greek yogurt, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly
- Bake for 22-28 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing

For gluten-free brownies, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free baking blend.
