Ingredients
- 6 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
- 6 breakfast sausage links, cooked
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter or oil for cooking
- Optional: powdered sugar, maple syrup
Instructions
1. Flatten bread slices with rolling pin.
2. Place sausage on edge of bread and roll tightly.
3. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon.
4. Dip roll-ups in egg mixture to coat.
5. Cook in skillet with butter on medium heat until golden.
6. Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar.
