Description
Shrimp & Crab Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs are incredibly easy to make, yet they taste like you spent hours in the kitchen. They feature a creamy, savory filling of succulent shrimp and tender crab, all nestled inside golden, buttery garlic bread.
Ingredients
1 pound Frozen Garlic Bread Sticks
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 pound Cooked Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
8 ounces Lump Crab Meat, drained well and picked for shells
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted (for brushing)
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Lay out the frozen garlic bread sticks on the prepared baking sheet and let them thaw at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth, then fold in the shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes
- Make a slit down the center of each thawed garlic bread stick to create a pocket. Fill each pocket with a generous amount of the shrimp and crab filling
- Gently press the edges together to seal and roll into a somewhat spherical shape. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy

You can substitute fresh or other types of seafood as per your preference.
