1 ½ cups Yellow Cornmeal
½ cup All-Purpose Flour
¼ cup Granulated Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Baking Soda

1 ½ cups Buttermilk
2 large Eggs
¼ cup Unsalted Butter, melted

- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack
