Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 8 large eggs
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F; grease 9×13 dish.
2. Cook and crumble sausage; drain.
3. Layer half tater tots, sausage, 1.5 cups cheese in dish.
4. Whisk eggs, milk, seasonings; pour over.
5. Top with remaining tots and cheese.
6. Bake 55-60 min until set. Rest 10 min.
