Description

Hearty Tater Tot Sausage Breakfast Casserole with crispy tots, savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melted cheese. Perfect make-ahead brunch for crowds.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F; grease 9×13 dish.

2. Cook and crumble sausage; drain.

3. Layer half tater tots, sausage, 1.5 cups cheese in dish.

4. Whisk eggs, milk, seasonings; pour over.

5. Top with remaining tots and cheese.

6. Bake 55-60 min until set. Rest 10 min.

Notes
